Paladin Leveling Guide: 3 Ways to Reach the Next Level Faster
You know, it’s easy for anyone to come out with a Paladin leveling guide and tell you to go quest.
I mean seriously, how many times do you find yourself grinding for mats and realize it’s taking longer than expected.
Then of course the hours you spend in the AH looking for the next best weapon or armor available. It’s happened to all of us, and by now most avid players know they could level up faster by simply questing.
Here’s how we’re going to do it:
#1 Completing Multiple Quests at Once
If you want to get the most out of your time, trying taking on multiple quests in a particular area. A good example of this is in the WOTLK expansion. If you’ve reached the point where heading over to Valiant Keep is relevant, then don’t just grab one or two quests and head out. Take on everything you can possibly find and complete them at the same time. One thing to remember though is if you come across a 3-part quest that takes you somewhere else, make sure you’ve maxed out the area first. In the end it will save you tons of time.
#2 Skip Over the Long Duration Quests
In order to maximize your level skills it’s important to skip over all the long duration quests. Many Paladin leveling guides have this “I’m invincible” mentality and won’t actually help you level up faster. A good example of long duration quests are the ones that include extensive dungeons and instances. Especially the ones where they are either equal too or a few levels under your current level. Just do keep these quests in your log for a later time. They definitely aren’t going to help you save time right now.
#3 Look for Quests with Higher Money Payouts
To be honest, everyone who reads a Paladin leveling guide should know that this class should be one of the easiest to level up. If you don’t, I’ll throw out a little hint. Since Paladins can heal and deal a substantial amount of damage, finishing a particular quest can work much faster. The only thing you need to figure out, is which ones are going to be worth your time.
The best way to gauge this is by keeping track of the money that is rewarded for completion. Once you reach gold standards you will know that the XP relinquished will be somewhere around 10,000 points. If you run across those that are handing out silver, then it’s not worth your time unless you’re a lower level Paladin. The best locations to find the higher types of quests are in the Outlands.
Anything Else You May Need to Know
One thing I’ve noticed after seeing Paladin leveling guide after Paladin leveling guide, is that many authors forget to tell you the downfall of the class. In the beginning the Paladin class basically outclasses all others. The power, the healing ability, and the speed of their hits are relentless. Unfortunately, unless you respec your character you won’t be able to overpower anyone.
So the next time you head out on a questing adventure, just think about all the tips I showed you today. Even though there are several different ways to take advantage of Paladin leveling guide tips, the ones you see here will help you immediately. If you aren’t up to level 58 where you can go through the Dark Portal, I suggest taking your fight to the Un’goro Crater or other areas closer to your level.
