Like they said, just not a good spec for raiding.

http://www.wowarmory.com/character-talents.xml?r=Misha&cn=Yzyz&group=2

1 note: 3 in elemental weps can be put into healing focus.

ps: you can more then easily make 2k+ in icc quests ALONE. so 1000g for a dualspec is nothing. no excuses

Thanks for taking the time to write up this guide. I'm new at playing a shaman and I appreciate your help.

I'd like to see those who offer criticism at least make it constructive. Why don't they post their own specs/credentials? They should put up or shut up.

Thanks again mate.

I can instantly point out that "Nature's Guardian" is useless for raid builds. A healer should never be hit. If you resort to using NG, you have a shitty tank. Also, Strakh's post pretty much sums it. Although, I question his word on Totemic Focus.

Hey dude thanks for taking the time to comment - just understand this build isn't for hard core raiders. Not everyone has the 1000gp to dual spec, and not everyone is dedicated solely to raiding. Most players are casual gamers, and aren't dedicated to becoming the best raider in the world. Blizzard shows they understand this with Wrath's more puggable (pick up group) dungeons.

Feel free to link to your own Shaman resto raiding build though! I'll post it.

I recognize the pvp talents you have in here, but this build sucks for real raiding. right off the bat, save your mana on totems, it's a little, but helps, but you will never need healing wave, unless your going to use your nature's swiftness/tidal force for a big oh shit heal, and even then you should use that with chain heal.
Healing grace completely unnecessary in raids, if your heals are pulling aggro from a tank the raid will fail anyhow.
IWS is a must, mana mana mana for those long fights in Ulduar - you enphasize chain heal too much, yes it's an awesome aoe heal, but your bread and butter are rip, lhw, lhw, chain heal (on rip if possible) combined with improved es - I am almost always top heal and chain heals make up maybe 15% of my heals - then it's 20-25% for each riptide, lhw, and es.
You know what I can't even continue - if you're gonna spec for pvp healing then do it, if it's for raids do that, but this build is a waste points in both
